Micronized Talc Powder TMC is a natural mineral composed of magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, and hydrated magnesium silicate, with a fineness of up to 4000 mesh, and is widely used as a filler in the plastics, automotive rubber, tire, sponge rubber (EVA, footwear), and synthetic leather industries. This talc filler improves product stiffness, abrasion resistance, and impact strength, and is available in TMC 54 and TMC 63 grades, which differ in magnesium silicate content, density, whiteness, and physical properties. It features a low bulk density ranging from 0.3 to 0.4 gr/ml and delivers an exceptional whiteness level of up to 97%, ensuring excellent brightness and uniformity in formulations. Specifically formulated for the paint, coatings, and ink industries, Micro Talc TMS-97 functions effectively as a pigment extender and enhances pigment dispersion performance. Its use allows manufacturers to partially substitute Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) while maintaining product quality, leading to significant reductions in overall production costs.
